Spring Break at the Cabin

Tongue

Either Nathan found his tongue and was having fun with it or Alyssa put dirt in his mouth and he didn't know what to do with it. Hmmm, My guess would have to be the second choice.

Gardening

Nathan is so good in the excersaucer while we work in the yard. He is reaching for things now and playing with toys, and his big sister brings dirt for him to play with. He loves to be outside with us.

Applenure

We have been trying to keep the binki only for night night. But we have found that it keeps her from putting manure in her mouth. While I was planting squash she came outside with an apple. She burried the apple in the manure so I moved it when she wasn't looking but it difficult to fool this little girl. She found it and went to rinse it in her muddy manure mix and took a bite. Applenure Yuk!

Little Helper

Alyssa is such a good helper these days. She helps me unload the dishwasher (I can't seem to find some spoons and I'm missing a knife, Yikes!), put the clothes into the dryer and she loves to help me cook. She constantly reminds me to stir and stir. If you ever come over to our house to eat though just be warned that your broccolli may already be chewed for you! Yes she did put some of the chewed broccolli in tonights dinner.

Bow Exchange

I have been asked to do a bow exchange with a few different people so I decided to get it started. I don't know exactly how it works but here are my latest bows. If you are interested in exchanging with me let me know, and give me some ideas on how to start the bow exchange.

As you may have noticed, I took some time off of blogging. Well here is picture overload to catch you up on the last month in the Jurado household.

Grapes!

For those of you who don't know Alyssa very well, she eats nonstop. We try to keep the snacks healthy so we give her fruit and frozen peas quite often. I decided to freeze some grapes a while ago when she was teething. She loved them! She choked on one so I cut them up for her, If I freeze a baggy of them whole and then cut them up when they are frozen I can just grab more out of the baggy all day.

When Chase and Tally were here they enjoyed them so much Grandma had to go buy more grapes. Jess thought I should blog this idea so there you are.

Nathan's Blessing

Nathan was blessed on Sunday and Jessie took pictures for us after church.
It was wonderful to have family here for his special day and we all had a great time. We played games all day after church and the kids had a blast! Alyssa loved having cousins here to play with and she always enjoys her Grandma and Grandpa.

Disneyland Again!

Alyssa Loves Minnie Mouse. She has a little stuffed Minnie that she plays with all of the time, there is a picture of her with Minnie in the center. I wasn't there when the picture was taken so this comes as a bit of a surprise.
